Psycho-Educational Testing

Psycho-educational testing is a comprehensive and collaborative process that includes a thorough intake of background and developmental history, collateral contact with all treating providers, observations during testing and at school sites whenever possible, testing results, and feedback to the client and all parties involved, including parents, referral source, and schools as specified by the client. Thorough psycho-educational testing offers clients and families a deeper understanding of diagnoses, relative strengths and weaknesses, and tailored recommendations and referrals to help guide treatment moving forward. Additionally, a full psycho-educational evaluation can assist families who are navigating Special Education services in the public school system.
